Introduction

Description: Precious few sightings of this elder dragon have been recorded, leading to claims it can vanish into its environment like a chameleon—hence its name. Witnesses report that, when enraged, it can spew a fog-like breath, which seems to come out of nowhere, and enhance its strength by licking the pollen from Petalaces.

Hunter tips: Chameleos have a meddlesome tendency to vanish suddenly, but by watching their attacks just before they do, you can somewhat predict where they'll reappear. Furthermore, there are eye-witness reports of a Chameleos not being able to vanish after its horn on the tip of its nose had been broken.

Habitats: Shrine Ruins, Flooded Forest, Jungle, Citadel
